1,060,000 Subscriber Limit in Send

Hi, is there a limit placed somewhere (query?) that would cause the send to a group that is 1.7M+ to stop exactly at 1,060,000? Perhaps it was due to even batches.

The campaign status is "sent". Is there a safe way to kick it off for the remaining recipients, avoiding reasonable possibility to send the email to subscribers twice?

I'm doing another send to that many again today, but my secondary question is helpful.

I hadn't, but it all shows as success. The campaign thinks that it sent 100% successfully.

I sent to the same list today, different campaign, and completed the 1.7M sends (besides failures due to email service daily limit)
