I have embedded a MailWizz survey on a webpage where new and existing subscribers are submitting an email field and others. Is it possible to auto create a subscriber once they submit so they can be added to an autoresponder?

When a user unsubscribes and then later opts in again on a web form, the status changes to Unconfirmed, however, the double opt-in/confirmation email does not get sent. It seems the confirmation email is only sent the first time they subscribe, is there a way to change this?

I figured out the field name is not the label value, it is the field number like "field-9". So setting that in the query string works only if the field is set to visible. When I try setting it to hidden and I inspect the code on the survey page it doesn't show any <input type="hidden"...> other...

I have not tried that, would the custom field name be the value of the label or where do I find the field name?
