It's good idea. However, if mailwizz it self has a facility / feature to connect global suppression list of a master mailwizz would be better to handle for large mailers / ESP whom have multiple installed mailwizz instances.

Check if you are using group configuration.

Create mailbox for bounce and associate with your delivery server. SES automatically sends bounce to sending domain / email. make sure your bounce mailbox must be catch-all to collect bounces.

The issue is related to associate IP of primary domain. it must be dedicated.

Just realized that a bad email id like .email@domain.com is in list and affecting smooth sending of campaign. It is like bug because either this must be removed as bad email during list upload or it should be skipped during campaign based on rfc 2822 compliance error.
