We did, following their docs. They provide the plugin as an embed, which we did. Of course. But I think you can create templates with Stripo on your own, in MailWizz in templates area, which makes them available to your customer who can import them.

Who built the extension for Stripo to implement it into Mailwizz? Asking because I have requested support from them and have not had any responses. Isn't the whole point to make templates available to clients for them to use and re-use as opposed to letting all of them create their own?

Isn't the whole point of using Stripo to be able to also use their templates? I see no way of accessing the stripo templates from within Mailwizz. Clients expect some templates to choose from and in that regard if we use Stripo, they simply cannot do that other than to create their own...

That's expected, stripo can work only with templates created by itself.
