Notifications Subscribe/unSubscribe webhook

HI, as defualt mailwizz support send Notifications after subscibe to an email, but how we can implement in webhook? we have it in subscribe form "Custom webhooks", but it's not support when we add emails with API

This is because when you add emails via api, you do it programatically, so you have access to send that data to other source as well.
