How to send email to newly added emails only!

I want to run a campaign continue basis but
I want emails to be sent to only new email ids imported.

So suppose I have 1000 email ids in my list and one campaign sent.
Now tomorrow 500 more added but I want those new 500 only to get that campaign how to do that?

Use autoresponder campaign and in step Confirmation Use:
- Autoresponder event: AFTES-SUBSCRIBE
- Incl. imported subscribers > Yes (will send to imported subscribers).
- Incl. current subscribers > No

I have one more query on the same....

Suppose, I set the time there to 8pm and later, after 3 days, I will add some more imported IDs to this list.

Then....
1. Will this auto-responder be sent automatically to the newly added email addresses?
2. Also, after 3 days, will it keep the same UTC time of 8pm or will it send the mailer as soon as it is imported or will it wait for 8pm?

This is correct.

If your trigger is 3 days after joining the list, then it will wait 3 days from the moment of joining and only then send. The time of the day depends entirely on the date/time the subscriber joined the list.
If the trigger is 0 days, then it will send right after joining the list.
