Subscribers not receiving emails

Hi,

I have created a custom contact form with Mailwizz and added it to my website.
While testing the form, I found the subscriber is not receiving the email confirmation; I checked in SPAM as well. Nothing!

While I've received the alert of the new subscriber. I checked the list, and it has added the user email to the list I created. Hence the only problem is that the subscriber not receiving the email.

Is there any setting I have missed?

Go to your list and check if Opt in is set to Double Opt-in
