Auto Response?

Is it possible for a given list to be setup to trigger a response?

I know we have monitors that can do things with certain keywords, like unsubscribing someone from a list, but what about something that automatically responds to the email?

That's doable. You can change a custom field on a certain value based on the response from email, and then you can have a series of autoresponder trigger to a segment for that value.
