Hi there,

Questions on the FROM email address. Let's say one of our client company have 10 brands and we as an agency to help our customer to blast out emails. Each brands need to blast email to their own customer.

So to verify email and to blast out individually, do we need to register 10 Amazon SES account? Or 1 Amazon SES account with 10 identity(Email addresses)/10 IAM?

Thank you.

Joseph

That's it.

Thank you for the reply.

So each email address verified need an IAM? Or just 1 IAM for all?

On the delivery server part, create users as individual brands and set up delivery server on Backend delivery server or Customer delivery server?

Thanks.

Hello Joseph,

Each Email address you need to verify in your SES Zone - Email id list.

1 IAM will work for Mailwizz.

If you want to create delivery server for each brand, you can create it and assign that Delivery server to Customer.

Or you can Create one Delivery server for all and set Force from - No, so that delivery server you can use for multiple brand.

Hi @Vpul Shah,

Thanks for the reply.

A Delivery Server is 1 Amazon SES account? Or 1 Amazon SES account can create many Delivery Server?

Or you can Create one Delivery server for all and set Force from - No, so that delivery server you can use for multiple brand.
If one Delivery Server for all brands, will it be dangerous if Amazon suspend the account if the bounce/complain rate is high?

Sorry for dumb question, new to Amazon SES and Mailwizz. Correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks.

Hello Joseph,

A. Delivery server is which you can use for configure aws ses. you can make 1 aws ses account as 1 delivery server.
And 1 aws ses account can create many delivery server as you need - like each delivery server for each brand.

B. If your bounce/complain rate is high, then aws will take quick action and stop sending from entire region.

What you can do is aws have multiple regions, so activate sending request in multiple regions and use accordingly.

Thank you,
VPul.

Hello @Vpul Shah,

You mention 1 IAM will work for Mailwizz.

So to create new delivery server for each brand, I have to use the same Amazon SES Access Key ID, Amazon SES Secret Access Key and Server name from Amazon SES for all the delivery server? Only difference is the FROM email address on the Delivery server?

Yes that will work.

Buit if you use separate access key and secret key, then it will be easy for you to track if anything goes wrong.
