help setting up tracking domain

I tried to create a cname record for tracking.domain.com using same domain I use for email address and I point it to mailwizzdomain.com but it does not validate. How can I fix this?

here is the tracking domain I used.

tracking.dudenecessity.com

It goes to my mailwizzdomain.com

I am using shared hosting for the tracking domain just in case that makes a difference.

You have an option to mark the domain as valid if you are 100% sure it's valid and for some reason MailWizz cannot see that.

how do I know its working correctly if I do that?

Very Simple.

You assign that Tracking domain into your Delivery Server. Then send campaign and see in your Email. Click on URL and see it redirect to mailwizzdomain or not properly.
