MW_PERF_LVL_DISABLE_DS_LOG_USAGE | MW_PERF_LVL_DISABLE_CUSTOMER_QUOTA_CHECK | MW_PERF_LVL_DISABLE_DS_QUOTA_CHECK | MW_PERF_LVL_DISABLE_DS_CAN_SEND_TO_DOMAIN_OF_CHECK
and the system worked fast and processed emails fast, but it skipped the limitation we'd added in Customer Group which was Email Per Minute.
So which one performance flag is skipping that check?

Gotcha, first thing first, have you upgraded to 1.3.9.6 yet? because you might not need these flags if you did.

So you man the max. number of emails a customer is allowed to send in one minute. This isn't really connected to the flags i believe.
What delivery server types are you using ?
