MW does support amazon web api ?

Don't worry about that, this is removed in the next version, just use the webhook that you find (top right under [ i ] )
after you create the amazon ses web api delivery server.

All web api delivery servers use the webhook technology to get the bounces, unsubscribes, etc
back into mwz, so you do not have to setup a bounce server for these.
