Fresh MailWizz install on a new domain

If I'm going to perform a fresh MailWizz install on a new domain, do I need to deactivate my old installation somehow so that my purchase code will be valid for the fresh install?

If you ahve more installs using same license, at some point, everything will shut down and you won't be able to use any of them.
You always have to keep your license info up to date from application and from your mailwizz account at https://www.mailwizz.com/customer

I note that the fresh install will be at an addon domain within the same cpanel (shared hosting), so the ip address won't change, only the url. Will I be in good shape if I just install MW at the new domain (fresh install), delete all MW files at the old domain (old install), and leave my license info at https://www.mailwizz.com/customer/licenses/index unchanged?

No, leave the license as is in that case, just disable old install after you are done with the new one and you will be fine.

Need more clarification on this.

Scenario1: Same domain but MailWizz installed on different sub domains and different ip. mailwizz1.example.com (ip1) and mailwizz2.example.com (ip2). Is this permitted?

Scenario2: Same domain and same ip but multiple installation for experimental purpose only. example.com/mailwizz1 and example.com/mailwizz2

Please explain if the above scenarios would need separate licenses or the same would do.

Note: It is used by only us and no other company, this is just for experiments and for better segregating our massive mailing lists.

Thanks,
Shiraz

@Shiraz - You have to abide to these terms: http://themeforest.net/licenses/standard

No, you need a license for each subdomain.

Again, no. You can only have a single dev environment. for the rest, you need an extra license.

Please, read http://themeforest.net/licenses/standard .

1# How can I disable old install ?
2# Is that mean, I must install first on a new domain and then disable the old install after that ?

Please guide me how to do it properly

Thank you

either delete old app or just disable it in backend settings

just install/move it to the new domain, then make sure your license info is put in correctly in the backend settings miscellaneous license
