The Template Issue of New Version of Mailwizz

When I upload my template , it has issue below.
But the same template works fine to my old version MaiWizz. Please check the template as attached ZIP file.

And When I edit this template , it looks just fine like below. The encode issue is happend after I save this template or send it out.
