How do I move one subscriber to another list?

How do I move one subscriber to another list?

export (toggle filters form) and then import into new list
or
if the subscriber has a unique segment tag, you can use list tools copy

In list there is option to COPY subscriber from one list to another.

And in Tools > Sync - you can sync from list 1 to list 2.

So when I go filters form and choose export as my action it prompts me to save the file. Is that what I need to do just to change one subscriber from one list to another? SMH

Thanks but Im trying to just change one subcriber. Not all the subscribers on the list.

unfortunately, I've not found a better way for manual single subscriber copy

I did it via phpmyadmin. It was actually easier then filtering, exporting and importing
