The bounces do not work!

Please search the forum for this, as it has been cared for many times, and also post a screen shot with your bounce settings, and if you can access the bounce mbx from another program, thx.Hello,
I have a problem my bounce do not go back but my setup is good I do not understand.
I intentionally put hard-bounce, I have 2 hard bounce and one correct address but nothing back!
Help me please.

Staff member@Dev Insta - Make sure your bounce server is associated with a delivery server and that both are active.
Also include an address from https://www.mail-tester.com/ in your email, send the campaign, then go to mail tester and inspect the email and see if the returnPath of the email is the email address you have set in the bounce server.
