Working Fine... now... not so much!

Ran a few campaigns, good results... now.. it says 100% sent, with ZERO opens... I find this hard to believe, even check to make sure the emails don't land in the "junk" folder. Made sure my domains were not blacklisted, I throttle down the send rates... not my first rodeo in this industry.

Has something changed?
