Will setting up a sub domain fix my domains poor reputation?

Hello,

I am noticing through google postmaster that my domain has a poor reputation. if i set up a subdomain to send from ie. info@email.mydomain.com instead of sending from mydomain.com will that fix this issue? (even if just temporarily)

or would it be best to create a new domain to send from all together?

my ips are fairly new.. i have a list of 68k emails and have only emailed 1 or 2x on them (16 ips)
also looking at senderscore.org all have a value of 97 or 98

so if sub domains dont solve the problem, would a new domain redirecting to my original domain work?
