I want to change the information into Chinese, but I don't remember where I have entered the information, and where I can change the information. In addtion, I still want to use this updated Chinese address information, so I don't wanto change the [COMPANY_FULL_ADDRESS] from required to not required in the 2nd attachment. Hello,
Company address is specific for each list, so you can see this format on Lists > Click on list > Update > Company details, here you can change name for company, address, etc...

Could you please tell me how to add and show the variable information of Company and Contact person, which is uploaded through my list (in 2nd attachment) above the detailed information of designed sending email template (in 1st attachment)? So, the email recipient will know that we have sent the email to the relevant company and contact person with a cold email sending but to the right person. Your early instruction will be highly appreciated!

You can find all available tags if you click "Available tags" from first picture, and you will see entire list with all tags available for campaigns, you can use them, these tags will be parsed when campaign is sent.
Dear Lauretiu, we have just completed the designing of our Email Template and uploaded in to the Mailwizz Gellary and Template, while testing our first business campaign email with our designed template and have met some problems. In the 1st attachment, we don't know how to create a customer tag, such as company and contact. In the 2nd attachment, it shows that we had uploaded the list with the varible of email, Company and Contact. In the 3rd attachment, we have designed the email test with Mailwizz format, and add some words above the designed template. And we want to show the Contact person's name through the [Contact] variable and the Company name through the [Company] variable. However, we don't know how to create the customer Tag, and how to use the Tag in the campaign template page. Could you please tell us how to do it? In the 4th attachment, you can see the available tag of Company and Contact in the bottom with No required information. In the 5th attachment, we have changed the [Company_FULL_ADDRESS] to no required, as we have added our specific company information in the bottom of our email template. In the campaign tag setting page, we haven't found any places to add the custom tag. So could you please tell me 1. how to establish the tag of [Company] and [Contact]? 2. How to make them required? 3. How to change the [Company] and [Contact] tag to required in the availabe tag page on the campaign template page? 4. If you want to use custom field values from your list, simply insert the field tag into your email template as shown in the available tags section. For example, using [COMPANY] will automatically be replaced with the subscriber’s company name when the campaign is sent.
Campaign tags are a separate feature. These are useful for adding general content that you want to reuse across multiple campaigns. Instead of manually adding the same content each time, you can create a campaign tag and reference it in your templates. Campaign tags use the CCT_ prefix. For example, a tag named COMPANY will appear as [CCT_COMPANY] in the template. These tags are also listed under the available tags when you click the appropriate button in the editor.

When you create campaign in available tags you will find this is campaign tag name you need to prefix CCT_ and from list you will find it as named when created in my case [TEST]:

Dear Laurentiu, thank you very much for your clear instruction on the Custom Tag, like [CCT_CAMPAIGN_TEST_TAG], and the self created Tag, like Test. In our case, we use the self created tag of [COMPANY] and [CONTACT] in campaign template in the 1st attachment. The reason that our original [Company] and [Contact] tag didn't work was becuase the 2 variable tags should only be written in all Capitalized characters, such as [COMPANY] and [CONTACT] instead of [Company] and [Contact] in the campaign template although the latter 2 varible names, [Company] and [Contact] are imported through database. Up to now, we have successfully sent our test email to our outlook, and you can see the [COMPANY] and [CONTACT] have already been replaced by Chinese characters. In addition, today is our first day to send our formal campaign with 7770 subscribers, and according to our email provider's limit, we can only send 1000 email per day, so probably we need 8 days to complete all the email sending. We will carefully watch our email campaing's progress, and may ask your help when we meet further problems.
