What does the option to randomize subscribers do?

Suppose I have a list of 300 subs...100 subs added on 10th of Nov, 100 subs on 15th and 100 subs on 20th of nov

When I am scheduling email and I choose 50 subs to whom I want this email to be sent..it will choose 50 subs randomly

but if I choose to send to 50 subs and choose not to randomize...which subs will it take first...the latest on (added on 20th nov ) or the oldest one added on 10th of Nov

Normally it will send in the order they were added to the list, but this depends on what return mysql query.
