Hello,

If I’m sending through my hosting provider do I need to have a warmup plan while using his ip address instead of mine ?

And what about cold marketing ? I have a bunch of contacts and wanna present a new software to them but don’t want to send more then 100 mails per day.

What do u recommended for this scenario?

Most likely not, it won't help if your IP is shared with others anyway.

If they did not double opt-in for your emails, do not email them, it is spam and you'll send them for nothing.
You can send them an opt-in email asking them if they want to still be part of your list, and if they agree, you can then email them, but without express consent, again, do not email them.

But how the big companies are sending mails to my personal inbox while I never double or single opt in to a list ?

I highly suggest you to document yourself about GDPR and CAN-SPAM act, before sending even one single email.

I have read that already before and if I have an interest in contactin them then im allowed to contact them. But I need to give them directly the opportunity to unsubscribe from emails.

So I need to have a warm up plan while sending over my hosting provider or not?

And is it better to set up a mailserver with own ip address for sending out emails? If yes how much mails i need to send to need an own mailserver?

thx

You don't, it won't help you.

Yes, and for this one you'll need to do warmup, a few batches until you will see your emails landing in inbox, always, then you should be able to remove the limits and send more. Don't forget to keep an eye on everything, handling your own smtp server is no easy task.
