Warm up email question

Ok. I set up the warm up plan. I was hoping to be able to send an email and then wait 10 seconds to send the next. Im assuming thats 'pause after send' but that is now grayed out. So my question is, if my warm up plan is sending out 100 emails today, its going to send all 100 at once? because pause after send is 0. My second questions is my Daily Quota is start at 74, then 81 and so forth increasing by 10% for a total send to 12K subscribers in 30 days. Is that to aggressive, generally speaking for warming up?

Yes, all emails will be sent at once for that hour quota.
