Upgrade step procedure not works!

Hi, following the step guide for update the platform (https://kb.mailwizz.com/articles/upgrade-steps/)
i couldn't reach /backend/index.php/update page therefore i couldn't complete the upgrade.

when i finished to overwrite the content from the update dir (of 1.4.8) in my web dir (1.4.3), the page is not reachable and the version remains the same.

Please try with
/backend/index/update
(since you may be using the short URLs)

How do you know it is the old version if nothing appears?

There is no reason for the update to not work if you follow the steps closely.
So try again, this time with more attention
