Unsubscribed Emails still going out

Staff memberIt's not possible, only the confirmed emails are selected for sending.
What is possible though, if their emails have been queued before they unsubscribed, then they will get the emails since at the moment of the queue addition, they were still confirmed.

I found it a little strange too because when I looked up his email it said it was last updated 15 mins before he called me. See my snapshot. Could it be the cronjob I run that moves people to inactive after x amount of days? No right? I email the inactive list once every two months and move the people that open back to active list. That shouldnt have anything to do with it I dont think.
