Unsubscribe Emails

I just sent my first campaign and some people are unsubscribing by the link in the URL but then I also have been getting emails with the following:
Subject: Campaign-Uid:sj420bolrwac0/Subscriber-Uid:es966641x0e50-Unsubscriberequest
Body of Email: Pleaseunsubscribeme!

I have seen some posts about this but couldn't really figure out the exact answer. Does anyone know a fix for this and why this happens?
