Unable to remove inactive subscribers using filters ("Your request has been successfully queued, you will be notified once it is completed!")

Hey guys,

I'm trying to remove inactive subscribers in "lists/all-subscribers" using the "Filters" feature.

Once I isolated the inactive subscribers, I set "Action" to "Unsubscribe" and clicked submit.

I then received a message saying, "Your request has been successfully queued, you will be notified once it is completed!"

However, nothing has happened.

About 20 minutes have passed since then and the inactive subscribers are still in the list.

Can someone help me to figure out what I'm doing wrong here?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give!

@mikefitzp2948 - can you take a look in backend > misc > cron jobs history and confirm the queue cron job has been running recently?
Also, in Backend > Misc > Queue Monitor, do you have records there? Can you take a screenshot from that area?

Hi @twisted1919, thanks for the fast response.

Yes, the queue cron job appears to be working fine:

And here is a screenshot from the Queue Monitor:

It say it's "processing", but it only needs to unsubscribe about 700 people, so I doubt it should take this long.

Yeah, something might be off. Please open a support ticket and include app access and maybe server ssh access so somebody from support can check this.

I figured out it's actually much easier to do what I want using the "move inactive subscriber" command, which now seems to be working fine, so this glitch shouldn't be a problem for now.

Thanks for your help, and thank you so much for building and maintaining this software. It's really helped me out! All the best - Mike
