Unable to Assign Delivery Server to a New Customer

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to move an existing delivery server to a new customer profile, but I keep running into an issue. I’ve already stopped all campaigns on the old profile and even tried disabling that profile completely, yet I still can’t change the customer for that delivery server.

From what I understand, MailWizz requires the "FROM" email address of a delivery server to be unique across all customers. However, since I’m not trying to create a new delivery server but just reassign an existing one, I expected it to work.

Is there any way to properly transfer the delivery server without changing the "FROM" email? Has anyone managed to work around this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Are you getting any error? What is happening exactly? Please check in the Backend->Settings->Customers->Max. delivery servers to be set to a value higher than 0.

Max delivery servers is set to: -1 and the error image is attached:

That is a validation we are doing. It means that from address is used by another customer for another delivery server, which is not allowed.
