Two user, same list

I'm the admin but also registered, with another email address, as an user. I've also added a colleague as another customer.

What I'd want is that me and my colleague can access the same lists and campaings. How can I do that? Is that possible?

Not really no, each customer has his own lists, separate by other customers.
