Tracking domain help

Hi All,

I am having an issue with tracking domains. I have added it and verified the tracking domain and it sows green and set the CNAME to the mailwizz app.

However, when clicking on it, I get the message seen here: https://share.zight.com/7KuZDgd8.

Any ideas on this?

Please keep in mind that DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours so make sure that you DNS is fully propagated.

It is well and truly propogated, otherwise that link wont even be sent to that page and would show a non page.

This shows your server is not ready to handle tracking domains. If it were, you'd see MailWizz page when you access the tracking domain, this is how you know the server is ready for tracking domains.It seems you're using cpanel, which means you might beed to add a domain alias foreach of your tracking domains, this way cpanel will know where to map your domains.
