Team possibilities?

Hi,

Can I add team members in MailWizz, so that I can assign them rights to a certain list and they can create email campaigns for that list only and send them?

But not give them access to other lists?

I tried setting up a separate user, but then it's completely separate.
What they create, I cannot see and vice versa.

You can create a Sub account and don't give List access to this sub account. So they can create campaign and select list but can't see list data.

Hi, that looks awesome! I was able to create a subaccount under my admin account.
But I couldn't see how to manage the rights for this subaccount.

So I created a copy of the admin 'group', assign this group to the subaccount and there I could manage a few things but not all.

How can I assign rights to the subaccount? For example:
  • Let the subaccount create a campaign and schedule it , but NOT being able to send it.
    (I need to be able to check the campaign and then approve it for sending)

  • Let the subaccount see/use/select only selected lists.
And that's pretty much everything the subaccount is allowed to do.
Any further ideas how to achieve this?

You first login into your Customer account.

Then Create subaccount - you will see options PERMISSIONS - SELECT - Manage Lists - select it NO

For Campaign Approve - you can configure in your Group - admin approve campaign - so you as an Admin - you can approve it.
