Survey's development

We decided to integrate our CRM with Mailwizz since we saw the added value of Survey feature. Our clients show great enthusiasm for this until now and we want to expand integration further. I could give you many examples of what we've done that helped organizations and what else we're planning. How possible is for you to develop Surveys in the near future?
For example, i think it would be very nice if:
  • One could be auto subscribed to a specific list we choose after he submits answers to a survey
  • We could update custom list fields based on specific answers to surveys
 
Let me give you an example of what we've made and what we want to add:

One of the most critical things to do for closing a deal, is to respond very quick to customer's needs. Our clients have realized that by sending just-in-time surveys is a great way to succeed. So when we saw that MW has a Survey mechanism we integrated it with our CRM (in many ways). For example, we already had an automation mechanism with which we can create automated workflows with specific actions.
With the integration we made, when a new deal is created and its stage becomes 'New' our CRM sends a Survey (see image 1 with the Workflow action) with the appropriate email template we've set (see image 2 with the details we can choose).
For every stage we can program our CRM to send specific Survey with specific email template. Of course we can collect each survey response and show this in each Contact's or Organization's record. We can even add points to Contact/Organization if he submits a Survey.

What we now want is to be able to add points based on specific answers a Contact gives in a Survey. Or to import him to our CRM Contacts if he is not already a list subscriber (he should first auto subscribed to a Mailwiz list) and assign him to Sales department for further actions etc.

I suppose you won't develop anything new for Surveys for the next 2-3 months, will you?
Indeed. We are having a lot on our plates at this moment. But we took note of your use case and we will discuss it internally.

Thanks! It would also be nice if there was a Category field in Surveys to separate them. I mean something like Categories in Email templates section (templates/categories/index).

This is something we can do much faster, i'll add this on our todo list with priority, at least this we can do to help a bit.
