How do I start with a blank drag and drop template for all users? At the moment they see this, with rows that cannot be removed

Thats expected, that is a blank template and those are the areas where you're allowed to drag and drop content.

Ok, gonna use stripo then, probably more stable and seems to work ok

yeah, we advise using Stripo as well, it's much more mature than what we have in the app. At least we offer a Stripo integration in the app, so that's still something.
