Some issues after reinstalling

Helo, we purchased masilwizz about 1 year ago but never went to production. (we're using another mailing)

Now we're giving a try, just reinstalled latest MailWizz and all works more or less fine, but some links don't.

Example, I can't import any csv list, since button don't work in backend ( https://snag.gy/u1eqNv.jpg ) and "import" option doesn't appear in client panel (https://snag.gy/qxPNhH.jpg)

Any idea ? thanks

# check if all requirements are met
# allow importing in backend settings
# make sure you use a modern browser
# create your csv according to the example you find within the app
# rest assured, it definitely works
;)

All requirements were met when I reinstalled, all was green .....

I was sure that issues were with chrome, so I tested with Firefox and things started to work.

Then I tested with Chrome again and import and tool buttons worked fine also.

Or I don't know what I did to make itr work, but it worked ......

BTW: I liked more the previous template design of 1 year ago, much better than new one !

Thanks !

Yes, I have observed something like this sometimes, it seems related to browser/Yii/php interaction (that is where the comment re browser came from) ;)

What specifically felt better?

Well, the skin of 1 year ago was very nice, and also the design, the graphs .... and everything !

I still have the old install (where there are some issues and I never made it to work after more than 1 year) and it's very nice. The campaigns design with those counters is very sweet and elegant.

Why did you change it dramatically ?

I also saw that u're implementing any kind of templates in MailWizz .... maybe you could implement the 1 year ago skin, so clients can choose it, apart of the current skin ...... and you can also open a new app themes market ;)

This is definitely useful feedback for @twisted1919 who thinks about these issues from time to time. The new design is quite efficient and fresh though. But it will probably also get updated, and the beautiful thing is, that there will be an option for custom themes for the app, hopefully soon! Again, many thanks for your feedback.
:)

Thanks to you !

Let me tell you that I'm using sendy for our client projects (we are a WordPress Agency), but maybe we would be using MailWizz internally at the moment ..... it was easier to setup with old installation and our old configs around.

I really like MailWizz ! Thanks

The new mwz can help you turn straw to gold ;)

I'll find time to explain my experience with details after one year ...... and also what I do like and what I don't.
