Sending one Campaign to Multiple Lists

Can I send one Campaign to Multiple Lists. I have to create 4 campaigns with the same template to send to my 4 different lists.

I have read this. Not too helpful in explaining how to do it.

So from what I have read you still have to setup multiple campaings and somehow group them together. I want to be able to setup one campain and send them to the multiple lists.

That is not possible, the only way to make this is to use sending-groups but this will require to have multiple campaigns. If you want to have only one list with all subscribers from multiple lists then you can use Filters from Lists > Subscribers > All subscribers and click the filter button then select your lists click to get only unique emails and the on action choose create list and you will have all subscribers from multiple lists in one list.
