Sending follow-up emails to recipients who have not replied

Hello,

I am trying to send a follow-up email to a recipient who already received one email from me. Here is a condition of the follow-up email (send an email 3 days after sending a previous email if and only if a recipient has not replied to the previous email).

Any suggestions on how can I do this? I looked at autoresponders and it did not allow me to do this.
