Sending emails to a list with new subscribers

I have a list that I add new emails too every week. How do I send a campaign to only the emails i just added to that list. In other words. How do I send a campaign to a list that have emails which i never sent to or just added?

Hope that makes sense.
 
Autoresponders can be a good option here, they are sent to people added in the list AFTER the autoresponder has been created, so you might look into that. Otherwise, segmentation on some custom field for new subscribers.
