Sending Domain -> Save Changes Issue

I am trying to modify an SPF record entry in a "Sending Domain" but the "Save Changes" button doesn't seem to save the changes. However, I not getting any errors on clicking the button. After clicking the button "Save Changes" the original SPF record before the changes appears back again in the mailwizz console. Could you please suggest what could be wrong? What am I missing?

SPF records are shown as a suggestion, there's no reason for them to save, you need to add those into your DNS settings.
