Resume Block Campaign

Hello,
I have set Maximum bounce rate for customer group to 10.
Now when bounce rate reach 10%, campaign status goes to Blocked ?
I want to know is there a way that admin can UnBlock the campaign & resume after some time ?
Or i have to cahnge Databse table manually in campaign table status to "pause"?

@AHK When a campaign is blocked, an unblock button will appear on the "Options" column on "campaigns" backend area. Don't remember the symbol correctly, but moving the mouse over all the available options will reveal.
