Hi,
I am a little confused, and would like a clarification. I installed and setup reply tacker but I have also set Forced Sender and Forced Reply on my delivery servers. On campaigns I set a generic sender and reply as they are forced by the DS, however, doing this seems to stop reply tracker working, as it tracks no responses. Have I missed something or does reply tracker not work if you used forced from DS?
