Removing the "Received" Header

Does anyone know if there is a way to remove this header from a mailwizz email?

I want my emails to look as similar to a gmail email as possible but this header is specificy the domain and IP in which I have mailwizz hosted

Received: from sender.domain.com (sender.domain.com. [XXX.86.124.XX])
by smtp.gmail.com with ESMTPSA id ar1sm6662814ejc.30.2021.xx.xx.05.45.xx for <testing@hotmail.co.uk>

Does anyone know if there is a way to remove this header from a mailwizz email?

It's not set by mailwizz, but by the servers the email goes through till it reaches it's destination.
