How to do it: if the user has not activated the subscription, the activation letter is automatically sent to him again after 2 months. If, after 6 months from the date of the subscription, the user has not activated it, he is automatically deleted from the subscriber base.

You mean when a subscriber joins a list and doesn't do the double opt-in?

Well, that's currently not possible since there is an option which decides how long the subscriber is kept in the system if he hasn't confirmed his subscription.
From what i have seen so far, if your subscriber doesn't confirm in the first day, chances for they to confirm because of a reminder are absolutely zero.
