Hello everyone I would like to know the experience you have had with bulk email checker. The truth has made me weighed 10,000 checks I rebound more than 10% so Sparkpost informed me of a possible suspension of my account, ask for support and tell me that they can not do anything about this validation.

These are the answers from them ...

Hello Carlos,

I have reviewed your issue with our Quality Assurance Specialist and unfortunately, there is not much we can do for these exact addresses. The associated mail servers (hotmail & yahoo) are responding that these addresses are valid, working addresses that can receive email. We tested from numerous different parts of the world and each time, the mail server tells us the address exists. We even went a step further and tried to signup a new account with some of these username's and the login form's as well stated we couldn't create an account because they already existed, further confirming the mail server responses.

Your account has been credited 872 validations to your account balance in regards to these bounces. Not all bounces were able to be credited as some did not exist in the processed lists you provided.

Additionally since you are having these unforeseen issues with hotmail and yahoo mail servers, we suggest to not process any additional hotmail or yahoo addresses which are obtained from the same sources as these problem addresses.

Thank you for your patience.

According to the support I am told not to use hotmail or yahoo emails in validation.

that is a very solid answer, so they seem to be thorough

account has been credited
looks as if they did not have to do this, but did you a courtesy

this is interesting, how many are new and since when, are those new double opt-in subscribers?

obtained from the same sources
where did you get the addresses from? (if not from subscriptions, you might have 'acquired' some spam traps)
are those double opt-in subscribers for which you have records?

According to the support I am told not to use hotmail or yahoo emails in validation.
that is not what they said

PS: feel free to treat the above questions as rhetorical, they are just meant to help think the problem through ;)
