Hi, complete newbie... just installed MW and am trying to setup SendGrid as the delivery server. Following docs and all seems to go well. Get validation email, click on the link and it takes me back to the server screen but no server is showing up in the list. I'm obviously missing something but don't have a clue as to what it might be. Really looking forward to working with it and any help would be appreciated. It's installed on InMotion Hosting on a VPS server.
