Plans Based on Subscriber Count

I can see that a notification message is sent when a customer is about to reach their sending quota. However, my plans are based on subscriber count with unlimited send quota. Do customers get a notification when they are close to maxing out their subscriber allotment? Do they get a notification at all?

Got it all figured out. Seem there is notification message in the customer dashboard when the customer tries to enter more subscribers than the limit for the plan. Does any know how to edit that message?
