Not getting a response from MailWizz

Hi, Recently I set up an account with Mailwizz and have run into some errors. How quickly does MailWizz answer tickets?

I can't wait a day in between responses since I have to continue for work...

Do they have a phone number? Should I switch providers? Let me know alternatives with support numbers etc. Thank you!

@AlexC - We're working office hours, and we're located in Europe/Bucharest as the timezone. We generally reply in a few hours, unless its outside our work schedule, case in which you'll need to wait for the next day.
