Need someone to re-install and upgrade Mailwhizz to my server. General tidy up!!!

Hi
I have an exisitng Mailwhizz installation on my VPS server, maintained by my previous IT employee. He has now left the compnay and there are a number of issues that need resolving and it has been suggested that a re-install might be the way forward.

Issues to resolve are:
1. Upgrade to new version of mailwhizz
2. Cannot export
3. Cannot send to merged lists
4. Sending stops part way through send and cannot be restarted.
