My Emails stuck in "

I'm sending emails on a daily basses and some of my emails , from the same customer are stuck in pending sending.
I did changed in cron to a higher number of campaigns at once, looked at the log if something failed over there and it all looks good.
What can i do to fix that?

Use the latest version with all patches, as there were similar problems in earlier versions.
Also, sometimes it helps to delete and re-setup a delivery server and to check if/how it is assigned to a customer/campaign.
