Hi, I have two problems. The first problem is my email goes to promotions (not in Inbox).
The second problem, I can't tell if the customer opened the email or not

What kind of Emails you are sending ?

Are you sending to your Double opt-in subscribers ?

Gmail Promotion tab is not bad.

Try to send few days and see how it perform.
