My client's quota that was at 100% decreases, why?

I have a client who, a few days ago, reached 100% of the assigned email sending quota. I check today and it's 85%.

Now you have a quota to send emails of 15%. How is this possible?

As i can see from your picture customer quota has not been reached, customer sent 92k emails from 107k quota. Maybe check your customer group settings for example Action when quota reached from Groups > Sending , which action is set?

I also run a test yesterday and until today the quota for my customers has not changed. My advice is to double-check the settings.
