MW server IP mask to ESP

Hey guys,

I currently have my domain hosted on Cloudflare, I am sending emails through mailwizz that is hosted on my server.

Is there anyway we can mask/Proxy/block the MW server IP to not send the information to Mailjet/Sendgrid and actually use the Cloudflare IP?
